Terms & Conditions

1. Definition:

1.1 GHPL means and refers to the Company Viz Go Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Which term, whenever applicable, shall include its successors-in-interest and assigns.

1.2 "MEMBER" means any person/s, Company, firm, or Proprietary concern in whose name the Certificate of Membership is issued by GHPL.

1.3 "MEMBERSHIP PERIOD" means a period of 5/10/15/25 years for Members starting from the date mentioned in the Membership Certificate. The Membership Period shall on expiry 5/10/15/25 years Members (Utilization in 5/10/15/25 years) or on availing of entire entitled number of holidays, whichever earlier. Our membership is competitively priced, starting at an affordable ₹1 lakh, offering unparalleled value for our esteemed members.

1.4 "YEAR" means 365 days starting from the date of Certificate of Membership.

1.5 "DAY" means the duration of stay available to the Member, starting from check-in time and ending with check-out time.

1.6 The check-in and check-out time varies from Hotel to Hotel. "NIGHT" means the night per calendar date in the context of the definition of "Days" above.

1.7 "WEEKEND" means and includes Friday and the following Saturday of a given week.

1.8 "MEMBERSHIP FEE" means the fees payable by the Member for the acquisition of Membership.

1.9 "DOWN PAYMENT" means the minimum upfront payment made by the Member towards the Membership Price as fixed by GHPL from time to time and has been mentioned in the membership form.

1.10 "RULES" or "MEMBERSHIP RULES" means the Membership Admission Rules and the Membership Usage Rules.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users ("Member(s), the applicant(s), you, your, customer(s)") and Go Holidays Private Limited and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates ("GHPL, we, us, our"). These terms shall govern the use of the website, mobile application, call centers (collectively referred to as "GHPL Platform") which enables the user to connect with us about the services offered through the GHPL Platform ("Services"). Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using, obtaining, or availing of any Services by GHPL.

2. Membership Admission Rules to GHPL:

2.1 An Applicant is admitted as a member of GHPL upon the realization of the Down Payment to GHPL. GHPL may, at the request of the Applicant, agree to receive the balance Membership Price in installments under GHPL's plan or any other finance scheme approved by GHPL. In the case of installment payment, the applicant shall deliver Post-Dated Cheques/Automated Clearing House/Standing Instructions/Credit card authorization cards. The Applicant further binds himself irrevocably to pay the installment amounts and undertake to ensure due and prompt payment under the installment scheme. Non-payment of the installment/s shall amount to a breach of Membership Rules.

3. Entitlements of GHPL:

3.1 The Membership Usage Period shall commence as under:
Full payment Member - Immediately after one month from the end of the month of admission as a member.
Member opting for:
* Member opting for 6 EMI plan - Down payment and 2 EMI Realization.
* Member opting for 12 EMI plan - Down payment and 3 EMI Realization.
* Member opting for 24 EMI plan - Down payment and 6 EMI Realization.
* Member opting for 36 EMI plan - Down payment and 9 EMI Realization.

4. Utilization of Entitlement:

4.1 GHPL renders services exclusively based on the conditions stated herein. GHPL is primarily responsible for providing a comfortable room stay and for ensuring the acceptability of the services as promised by GHPL to its members.

4.2 GHPL markets the room stays, providing its Customers with the room booking voucher that entitles them to avail of Hotel stay service in rooms provided by our affiliated partners as per terms agreed with GHPL. All the Alliances with Hotels are purely contractual and are subject to termination by the end of such contracts. In case Customers are not able to select the properties from our website, you can call our customer support desk and our team will help you find suitable accommodation.

• If any check-in is denied for a confirmed booking, GHPL shall ensure that the User is provided with an alternate accommodation of comparable standards.
- Request for Holidays shall be made by member as per the procedure and in such format stipulate by GHPL from time to time. In case of joint Membership, primary applicant and co-applicant is entitled to request for Holiday. In case of Company/firm/ Proprietorship Concern, only Authorized person can make requests for Holiday.

4.3 Member can request for additional Hotel Room subject to availability.

4.4 Member or Holder of Confirmation Voucher shall comply with House Rules of the Hotel.

4.5 The unutilized days at the end of the Membership Period shall Lapse.

5. Scheme of Holidays:

5.1 A Member is entitled to enjoy a minimum of 1 day (1 Night and 2 Days) and a Maximum of 7 days (6 Nights & 7 Days) purchased during one holiday in a year.

6. Process of Availing Holidays:

6.1 A Member can avail of a Holiday by giving a request for reservation a form (s) as may be prescribed by GHPL by such other methods as may be prescribed by GHPL from time to time.

6.2 All holiday reservations shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis and are consequently subject to eligibility and availability. Request for reservation can be done from 3 months (depending on the prevailing reservation rules) to the commencement of the holiday.

6.3 On confirmation of the availability of the holiday period requested by the member, GHPL shall issue a confirmation specifying the reservation details including check-in and check-out time to a Member for enjoyment of the holiday. The member shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the confirmation voucher.

6.4 As per the applicable Government Guidelines/Know Your Customer (KYC Government issued documents) norms, the member is liable to submit the required towards his/her/its proof of address and identity at the time of check-in at the Hotel.

6.5 GHPL will not entertain any mail of members if he does not mention their full details regarding booking and membership.

6.6 "A supplementary international booking fee applies to all foreign travel reservations."

7. Privileges:

7.1 Splitting: A Member can split the holiday entitlement, and the minimum number of Days to be utilized for each split is 1 Day (1 Night and 2 days).

7.2 Advance: A member can advance a maximum of 6 nights of his inventory in any given year from the second year of membership.

7.3 Confirmation Communication: Any Holiday requested for by a Member would be subject to specific confirmation communication like a confirmation Voucher, e-mail, letter that will be issued GHPL. Please note that all requests for holiday are subject to eligibility and availability.

7.4 Accumulation: An unutilized week/Days in any year can be accumulated subject to the following terms and conditions. The maximum number of days to the credit of the Member at any point of time shall not exceed 13 Days (12 Nights 13 Days) including the current year's entitlement.

8. No Warranty

8.1 The Services are provided by GHPL on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, GHPL makes no warranty that:

  • GHPL Platform or the Services will meet your requirements or your use of the GHPL timely, secure, or error-free;
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the GHPL Platform, or Services will be effective, accurate or reliable;
  • The quality of the GHPL Platform or Services will meet your expectations, or that
  • Any errors or defects in the GHPL Platform or Services will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from a GHPL representative or from use of the GHPL Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use.

8.2 GHPL shall have no liability to the User for any interruption or delay, to access the GHPL Platform irrespective of the cause.

8.3 It is hereby further clarified that GHPL and Channel Partners are separate and independent entities and GHPL does not work as representative or agent of the Channel Partner.

8.4 GHPL will be the first point of contact in respect of online payment dispute management, refunds, cancellations, returns, and customer support as they relate to the use of GHPL services.

8.5 Users can reach out to GHPL to mediate or resolve any online payment dispute or disagreement between the User and Channel Partners. GHPL shall not be made a party to any dispute between the User(s) and Channel Partner(s), except in disputes relating to GHPL services as mentioned above.

8.6 The User recognizes that 100% availability of GHPL's services is technically impossible to guarantee. GHPL does, however, strive to offer the highest possible level of availability. In particular, work and maintenance performed in the interest of improving wait time, security, and capacity may result in short-term disturbances or temporary unavailability in the service. And undertake ensured due and prompt payment under the installment scheme. Non-payment of the installment/s shall amount to breach of Membership Rules.

9. Payment

9.1 Member shall pay the Membership Fees as per the Price Structure offered by GHPL.

9.2 Members shall settle and make all payment including taxes and levies for food, beverages and other services availed the Hotel.

9.3 Member is eligible for booking once he paid the full amount of membership within a given period of time. If a member does not pay the amount within 45 days GHPL has a right to take an action against the membership.

10. Eligibility:

10.1 The Member who has paid the Membership fees in full is eligible to request after the issue of Certificate of Membership subject to waiting period as may be stipulated by GHPL from time to time. However, the Member who has opted for the installment scheme is eligible to request for holiday after the specified period stipulated by GHPL which varies as per the payment opted for by the member.

10.2 Tours and Travel related business persons are not eligible for GHPL membership. If you enrolled for GHPL membership, then you are not eligible for refund.

11. Hotel:

11.1 The Hotel in which holidays are provided by GHPL are leased/licensed/tie-up. The facilities amenities and services could vary from Hotel to Hotel. The tariff and charge for the facilities and services will also vary from Hotel to Hotel.

12. Cancellation:

12.1 In case of default in payment of any installment, GHPL reserves the right to levy interest on such delayed payment or cancel the membership.

12.2 Member is not entitled for refund of the Membership fees on any accounts whatsoever.

12.3 GHPL reserves the right to terminate the Membership on occurrence of any of the following events:
- Breach of contract by the member.
- Default in payment of membership price by the member.
- Breach of house rules of Hotels.

12.4 All requests for payment, in case of part payment made by the member/authorized signatory and both members in case of joint application/company.

12.5 Appropriation of payments, in case of part payment made by the Members towards any outstanding shall first appropriated towards interest and then earlier dues/outstanding.

13. Transfer of Membership:

13.1 The Membership is not transferable during the lifetime of the Member/s after their lifetime. Membership will be transferred under any procedure stipulated.

13.2 In case of joint Applications/Membership, no request for change/removal of co-applicant/member will be accepted under any circumstances.

13.3 In case of joint Membership, the membership is on either or survivor basis. In the event of death of an applicant/Member, the application/Membership shall be automatically transferred to the surviving co-applicant (in case of joint application/membership) subject to all liabilities and allegations of the deceased and on production of death certificate member and such other documents as requested by GHPL. A fresh certificate shall be issued to the survivor surrendering the original GHPL certificate and if applicable, the membership card.

14. General:

14.1 The entitlement of the Member is as per the Membership rules and no other commitment written or oral given by the representatives of GHPL is valid and binding.

14.2 All promotional offers are prerogative of GHPL and subject to such terms and conditions stipulated by GHPL from time to time.

14.3 The allotted holiday can be utilized only by the Member and the Member is not entitled to exploit the membership for commercial purposes.

14.4 All communications will be addressed to the first named member only. All communications other than requests for holidays to GHPL shall be made to the address given in the certificate of membership.

14.5 GHPL reserves the right to modify the procedure/term under membership rules without in anyway affecting the basic entitlement of the member.

14.6 GHPL reserves the right to modify/amend/alter the terms and conditions contained herein and/or impose additional conditions at its sole discretion including but not limited to respect of reservation, privileges (Exchange, Accumulation and advancing), Transfer of membership, access fee etc. and same would be communicated to the members as and when the modification, alteration, amendment and addition is done.

14.7 The member shall enjoy holidays without causing any inconvenience or disturbance to other members/guests in Hotels.

14.8 Change of address, if any shall promptly be informed to GHPL. In case the member shifts out of India then he/she/it shall pay such amount as may be fixed by GHPL from time to time towards increased administrative expenses.

14.9 The member's immediate family members i.e., spouse, parents, children (up to 12 years of age).

14.10 The authorized person in whose favour confirmation voucher is issued shall produce the proof of identity on request from GHPL.

14.11 Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

15.1 Disclaimer: Information in this document is subject to change without notice. No part of this document may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronics or mechanical for any purpose without written permission of GHPL. GHPL may have pending trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property covering subject matter in this document. The furnishing of this document does not give member license to these trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property except as expressly provided in any written license agreement from GHPL.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Membership:

All membership fees paid to GHPL are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

Cancellation Terms:

Membership cancellations will not result in a refund.
Cancellations will only terminate future billing.
Access to membership benefits will cease immediately upon cancellation.

No Exceptions:

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
* Change of mind
* Non-usage
* Dissatisfaction
* Medical reasons
* Financial constraints
* Death or disability
